Shauna Green
MH Director, LCPC, CDVC
Shauna has been working in the Mental health field since 2015. She has her MBA in business and Master's in counseling. She is a Certified Domestic Violence Counselor who specializes in working with the offender. Shauna enjoys Montana and being outside.
Josh Green
Administrator
Josh is the Administrator of Green Apple Counseling, managing HR, payroll, and policies. He previously worked 13 years as a Probation & Parole Officer, specializing in Drug Treatment Courts and sexual offender supervision. Josh holds a Sociology degree from the University of Montana and enjoys time with family, friends, his five Great Danes, and cheering on local sports teams.
Michael Cassidy
SUD Director, MA, LAC
Michael is a Licensed Addiction Counselor with a Master’s in Human Service Counseling, specializing in Addictions and Recovery from Liberty University. He has worked in addiction and recovery since 2011 and has experience with co-occurring teams like the PACT Team, as well as serving as a chaplain for first responders. Before moving to Great Falls, he ran a private practice in Victor, Montana, focusing on legal-involved clients. Michael and his wife enjoy exploring Montana’s historic and scenic sites.
Tina Cassidy
Office Manager
Tina is an Administrative Assistant with an Associate’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is a Notary Public in Montana. She moved to Great Falls in 2019 with her family and has a large, close-knit family of siblings, children, and grandchildren. After 26 years working with horses, Tina shifted her focus to helping people. She enjoys kayaking, fishing with her husband, and walking her dog Ripley.
Cody Pardue
LAC, PCLC
Cody Pardue is a dual-licensed counselor in mental health and addictions, with degrees from the University of Providence and a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. He has worked in the field since 2015 and became an addiction counselor in 2017. Drawing from personal experience, Cody is passionate about being part of the solution and helping others on their path to recovery. He also enjoys the outdoors and studies mycology in his free time.
Kelsey Kojetin
PCLC
Kelsey is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Candidate with over a decade of experience in higher education, where she developed a passion for guiding others through life’s challenges. With training in psychology, counseling, and exercise science, she takes a holistic approach that connects mental and physical health. Kelsey is dedicated to supporting clients facing trauma, loss, anxiety, and other struggles, helping them work toward their goals. She enjoys life in Montana with her family, traveling, and spending time outdoors.
Aaron Kinnaman
LCPC
Aaron has over three years of counseling experience at Green Apple and holds dual licensure in clinical and school counseling from MSU Northern. He uses an eclectic, client-centered approach and is currently pursuing certification in family and couples counseling. A U.S. Air Force veteran with a background in special education and graphic design, Aaron integrates creativity into his practice. He and his family have lived in Montana for over 25 years, enjoying the outdoors together.
Jackie Miller
LAC, PCLC
Jackie is a Mental Health and Addictions Counselor who has worked in the field since 2019. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Montana, a Certificate in Addictions Counseling, and a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health. Jackie is passionate about helping clients make lasting changes, finding deep reward in seeing people turn their lives around despite the challenges of the work.
Ralph Beeson

Ralph Beeson has worked in the mental health and substance abuse field since 1998 across prison, residential, and outpatient settings. He specializes in trauma-informed care and is certified in Cognitive Processing Therapy, focusing on PTSD related to military sexual trauma and combat. Ralph also has extensive experience with couples, families, and individuals. He holds multiple certifications, including ICADC and Florida’s Certified Addictions Professional, and is STEP qualified in Marriage and Family Therapy.
